"Do Something" - By Matthew West

Matthew West's song "Do Something," is a great reminder about the importance of serving others by being the hands and feet of Christ, and doing something to make a difference in this world.

One of the keys to making our lives count is to “be ourselves” and use the gifts abilities and talents that God has given us to bless others.

If God has gifted you with cooking – then cook. If God has gifted you with encouragement – then encourage. If God has made you the best lawn mower in your street – then mow lawns.

It’s time for us to do “something”.

“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."
